For effective review of reports about fraud and illegal or unethical behavior in business, your report should include full, detailed information based on facts and real accidents you saw with your own eyes. Attached documents that prove your report can be very useful for Hotline agents.
Please follow the characteristics for successful report:
Promptness
Report about an incident at that moment you became aware of it
Accuracy
Your report should be in good faith
Completeness
Your report should include as much detailed information as possible (dates, addresses, names, positions)
Sufficiency
Your report can be more helpful if it contains evidence
Keep in mind that your cooperation is the key to effective counteraction against illegal or unethical business behavior.
